It's Time For Crapes
Ingredients
1 Cup of flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1 1/4 Cup of milk
2 tbsp melted butter
Lets do this!
First of all we need a medium size bowl. Add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix them with a hand mixture until you get a smooth mixture. Cover and store in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Spray some oil on your pan.
Add 1/4 cup of your crape mixture in to the center of the pan and skillet and swirl around to make a circle. when crape has bubbles on up side flip the crape and cook for another few minutes.
repeat it with the rest of the ingredients.
enjoy it with sweet and sour toppings!!!
